academics, and research analysts who have combined their talents
to develop one of the most unique, international call center
certification and employer branding programs available today.

ADVISORY COUNCIL
The CCEOC Advisory Council plays an important role in the ongoing
success of the program. It is their job to ensure that the
integrity of the program is maintained. The Council meets regularly
to discuss continuous improvement strategies, industry trends
and methods for advancing the program.

Associates
CCEOC Associates work with the client to orchestrate
the assessment phase of the program. This includes assembling
the survey action team, coordinating data collection
activities and presenting the Program Summary Report.

CCEOC Architects are skilled professionals with specific areas of expertise
ready to assist in strengthening and developing your contact center as an
