has become the second contact center in North America to achieve the
designation of Contact Center Employer of Choice™.
The Contact Center Employer of Choice™ (CCEOC)
program enables call centres to enhance public perception, provide
exceptional work environments,
and attract, retain and engage high performing, culturally aligned employees. “CI
Client Services can feel proud of this designation and their contribution
to the company’s corporate employer of choice brand,” said

is quickly becoming the industry standard for recognizing people-centric

Through a proprietary, two-phased assessment, a contact centre can quickly
determine if they meet the qualification standards. Once the designation
is achieved, the contact
centre is listed in the CCEOC Registry and on the official corporate
web site www.ccemployerofchoice.com and receives the prestigious award.
The contact centre is also entitled to use the CCEOC insignia for promotional
purposes.
