D+H's Call Centre operation receives Gold Contact Center Employer of Choice® Certification
January 1, 2011, Toronto, Ontario – CCEOC Inc. announced today that the D+H Call Centre operation
has achieved the Contact Center Employer of Choice® (CCEOC) GOLD level designation for its 3 sites
(Toronto, ON, Markham, ON, Longueuil, QC) responsible for supporting cheque programs on behalf of its
Canadian financial institution customers. This is the fourth year in a row that D+H contact centres have
achieved certification and their first entry in the GOLD level designation.
