Scotiabank’s Toronto Customer Contact Centre receives Platinum Contact Center Employer of Choice® certification for 2010


May 11, 2010 Toronto, Ontario – CCEOC Inc. announced today that the Scotiabank Toronto Customer Contact Centre has achieved the prestigious Platinum level Contact Center Employer of Choice® (CCEOC) designation for 2010.

This is the fourth year Scotiabank Toronto Contact Centre has participated in the program and the third time they have achieved Platinum. They have attained the highest score of any financial institution for the Contact Center Employer Of Choice® designation.

The Toronto site is dedicated to maintaining their Contact Center Employer of Choice® brand. They continue to build industry-wide recognition as a great place to work and develop their people focused culture.

The designation has created a competitive advantage for attracting, retaining and motivating top talent. Through the CCEOC in-depth reporting and analysis, management has gained a deeper understanding of key employee motivation and engagement drivers.

The Contact Center Employer of Choice® award is the industry standard for recognizing and branding people centric contact centers. Through a proprietary assessment, a contact center can quickly determine if they meet the qualification standards. A center can achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum ranking. Once the designation is achieved, the contact center is profiled on the official CCEOC corporate web-site www.ccemployerofchoice.com , receives a prestigious framed certificate and is promoted through various print and electronic news channels. The CCEOC designation is valid for 12 months.
