
Scotiabank Customer Contact Centres receive Platinum Contact Center Employer of Choice® certification for 2011
May 9, 2011 Toronto, Ontario – CCEOC Inc. announced today that the Scotiabank Customer Contact Centres in Toronto and Cornwall have achieved the prestigious Platinum level Contact Center Employer of Choice® (CCEOC) designation for 2011.
This is the fifth year Scotiabank Toronto Contact Centre has participated in the program and the fourth time they have achieved Platinum. They have attained the highest continuous score of any financial institution for the Contact Center Employer Of Choice® designation and the first to achieve Platinum. Only one of two companies that have reached Platinum, Scotiabank has also earned the 5 Year Achievement Award.
The Toronto and Cornwall sites are dedicated to maintaining their Contact Center Employer of Choice® brand. They continue to build industry-wide recognition as a great place to work and develop their people focused culture.

The Contact Center Employer of Choice® award is the industry standard for recognizing and branding people centric contact centers. Through the CCEOC assessment, a contact center can quickly determine if they meet the qualification standards. A center can achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum ranking depending on their survey score. Once the designation is achieved, the contact center is profiled on the official CCEOC corporate web-site www.ccemployerofchoice.com, receives a prestigious framed certificate and is promoted through various print and electronic news channels. The CCEOC designation is valid for 12 months.
