July 26, 2006, Mississauga, Ontario – The CCEOC Institute today
announced that The Shopping Channel, a Rogers Communications Inc. company
has achieved the prestigious Contact Center Employer of Choice® (CCEOC)
designation for their Mississauga based customer contact centre.
The Shopping Channel is the first retailer to certify
as a CCEOC and joins an elite group of contact centers recognized by
this unique designation.
They have achieved Gold, attained on the first assessment, which is an
outstanding accomplishment. The Shopping Channel participated in the
Contact Center Employer of Choice® program to enhance their reputation,
develop exceptional work environments, and improve their ability to attract,
retain and engage high performing employees. Their dedication to developing
a CCEOC workplace and focusing on the employees has had a profound affect
